The Real Estate Institute of New Zealand (REINZ) was established more than 100 years ago and represents all sectors of the real estate industry.
We have been calling for regulation of the property management industry for more than 10 years, and are now calling on the Government to review the issue comprehensively and announce its plans for reform before the 2020 election.
We believe that by regulating the property management industry it will help increase professionalism, ensure tenants are treated fairly and protect landlords’ investments.
